HANDLING TIMES

Most products are quality checked and dispatched 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS after an order is placed, however, please note that some chandeliers and other large objects are made to order, and thus, may take an additional 1-7 days to dispatch. Please also note that our dispatch time may be slightly longer during holidays and or sale events.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification / SMS from AFFLUENT INTERIOR including a tracking number that can be used to check your order status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@affluentinterior.com with your name and order number, and we will respond and resolve as soon as possible. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer quick and easy 14-DAY returns ( after order is delivered ) for all customers who place an order through us! Please continue reading to find out whether you are eligible for a return.

All returning items must be:

  • Unused
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box included)

Products not eligible for return

  • Gift cards
  • Custom/made to order products 
  • Modifications to products 
  • Used products
  • Products purchased outside of affluentinterior.com

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. AFFLUENT INTERIOR will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, AFFLUENT INTERIOR has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of affluentinterior.com ) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Note: Any modifications made through-third party vendors such as repairs, adjustments, changes, engravings etc will not be accepted for return.

ARE THERE RETURNS FEES OR RESTOCKING FEES?

Absolutely not! All items that remain within our 14-day returns window and are eligible via the above conditions, may be returned free of charge. However, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. If your returned order is above $50, we recommend that shipping insurance may be considered, as AFFLUENT INTERIOR does not guarantee that we will successfully receive your return.
