AFFLUENT INTERIOR will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, AFFLUENT INTERIOR has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of affluentinterior.com ) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Note: Any modifications made through-third party vendors such as repairs, adjustments, changes, engravings etc will not be accepted for return.

ARE THERE RETURNS FEES OR RESTOCKING FEES?

Absolutely not! All items that remain within our 14-day returns window and are eligible via the above conditions, may be returned free of charge. However, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. If your returned order is above $50, we recommend that shipping insurance may be considered, as AFFLUENT INTERIOR does not guarantee that we will successfully receive your return.
