SHIPPING TIME

Affluent Interior is a global retailer, collaborating with merchants and manufacturers on a global scale. Because of this, we chose to ship our products directly from the source, as a result, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 weeks

HANDLING TIME

Our handling time usually takes about 1-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. 

QUALITY CONTROL

Our passion for design and timeless décor means that we provide our customers with quality products and premium quality. We thoroughly check the quality of our goods, working only with reliable suppliers so that you receive the best quality product. Each product on our page, undergoes a 24-48 hour quality control check to ensure that the product you receive is free from defects. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@affluentinterior.com with your name and order number, and we will respond and resolve as soon as possible. 

DAMAGED & DEFECIVE ITEMS

We know how frustrating this situation can be. If an issue as such does occur, please contact us at contact@affluentinterior.com, and we will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfilment by us, we can cancel the order as long as the notice was made within 24 hours. If your order has already surpassed 24 hours and has been submitted for fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel your order. If an issue as such arises, please contact us via our contact form

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
